First, we will add these Abilities:

• Regeneration and Resurrection with Petrification (This ability can restore individuals who have been turned to stone to their original state, such as healing Senku's broken neck, reviving Mirai from brain death, saving Tsukasa, Ginro from serious injuries, and even resurrecting Hyoga from death).
• Immortality type 1 with Petrification (Senku mentions that human bodies require a significant amount of work to stay alive, but it seems that after petrification, they won't need to do that. Medusa also states that petrification would grant immortality in a perpetual state of darkness)

Certainly, these abilities are acquired through petrification and subsequent restoration, so we will not add them to the character profiles but only in the verse section under "Power of the Verse" and in "The Petrification Device" profile.

We're interpreting Tsukasa as a level 5/5 in terms of Power and Speed, as it has been stated multiple times that he is the strongest in the story. Hyoga states that whether he attacks while he's unconscious or asleep, he can't do anything to Tsukasa. Because he is strong

Well the first point for the type 1 immortality is referring to the fact that the stone kept them alive while they were petrified, not that they don't need energy anymore. Though while people are petrified they would have it.
I don't we should be basing calculations off of the vague 5/5 classes the manga gives as extra flavor, there's not really a way to know if the levels are meant to be consistant. That would mean Magma and Tsukasa are the same in power, and we know that just isn't true

I wouldnt personally use the /5 rankings of power to scale other characters' actual strength.

It should be fine to add those powers to Senku since he has the device in his standard equipment although you still need to specify that is "using the device"

Im not sure about using those numbers as means to get them on equal level, Naruto had the same thing for stats but having the same level can still have a very huge gap between them, I would sugest to use a possibly or likely instead of a full tier. Thats my opinion take it as you will.

From what I read the comments That seems to be the fact that 5/5 for tsukasa is incorrect. He's stronger than that. (By the way, I still think we can still use this ability curve to scale. but not for scaling in this thread)
