Doctor Strange's Weakness

Weaknesses: Rather arrogant and believes himself to be infallible, without magic. The nerve damage in Strange's hands makes it all but impossible to use them properly, suffering immense pain when punching enemies. Cannot use spells or activate the Eye of Agamotto if his arms are restrained.

About the italicized part, shouldn't it at least be noted he can still teleport/transmute without using his hands? Both examples in Thor Ragnarok, he casually sat in a chair and did his transmutations without any hand movement as well as teleport, causing Thor to spaz every time it happens.

I'm unsure if adding his Ragnarok feats are good, considering he has not shown that power outside the Sanctum. For all we know, he could've had prep or has a boost in his homefield advantage.
