Lol no, it was already discussed in the Top 5 strongest for every tier thread.

Xehanort just falls to the D and then D proceeds to thrust his blade.

Lol,really?i'm thought this fight could at least be fair with abundance of hacks that Xehanort has(specially the ones that bypass resistences).

Simply put, Xehanort doesn't resist enought the passive aura of D, so he swoons over him, then D proceeds to negate regen and immortalities by slicing him with his sword.

well, that sucks gonna change to Doctor Strange then.

Anyways, Xehanort stomps now as Strange lacks the NPI to harm abstract and nonexistent beings.

dear lord is there any other character this old man doesn't stomps or gets stomped by it?

KH didn't get to be the 2nd strongest non-smurf 3-A verse by eating cookies, so... good luck with that.

To beat Xehanort now you need Concept Manip type 2, Non-Physical Interaction to hit abstract AND nonexistent (type 2) beings and resistance to a lot of hax unless you have strong hax that's not passive (As otherwise Xehanort likely is the one stomped)

He lacks the NPI to hit either...

Unless you want to argue that he leads with universe busting, and even then it's still debatable as Xehanort can travel between universes.

Type 2 concept manip isn't useful here by itself as you can't just destroy a concept that doesn't exist (As that's the defintion of type 2 NEP).

And by extension that includes the passives being ignored via NEP.

Type 2 Concept Manip bypasses Type 2 NEP, it has always been a thing here. And Xehanort needs to summon the Nobodies first, Dracula's passively ***** him over before that happens.

>Concept Manip type 2 bypasses NEP type 2

Well, no, it doesnt. Type 2 is not existing on a conceptual level, so you are nonexistent even for those who can affect/use/alter concepts

But of course, if you have feats of affecting them, you should be fine
