Do we calc characters who survive super nova's as star-level or solar system level? If so there is an interesting cals that disproves that theory...

Idea wise not a wrong approach. Shouldn´t be generalized because of the variable distance however.

That aside there is a standard that for example the OBD uses (as far as I heard at least), where I am not sure if we do and that is that for taking attacks over a larger area (for example omnidirectional attacks) the whole power of the attack is given for the characters durability, if it wasn´t a plot element that he only took a fraction. (Do not quote me on that being the used standard, all rumors)

So no idea which characters it would even effect and if it should be considered. I would wait for the opinions of some other calcers (especially Illuminati478, since he is more knowledgeable about such standards then I am)
 
I obviously agree about that withstanding a very small part of a supernova explosion does not remotely translate into star level durability, unless the impact is point blank. However, I am not certain which characters that would be affected?
