Alright, well the curtana spell is from Carissa. For more stuff on the magic gods kinda just being on this level, it's also said that a magic god would need to be one of the things that can stop it. You can also find the supporting evidence in this blog. It talks about espers and their 11th dimensional calculation. To summarize it though it's that they do hop to the 11th dimension, curtana helps prove higher dimensional planes, and how phases and dimensions are treated. Phases are filters over the current world, layered over it like a canvas. While all dimensions are specifically also brought up by Othinus. The curtana scan, plus espers, and othinus's statement all mesh with each other as evidence. (Well hopefully)

Not actually warped, but hopped from three dimensional planes, going to eleventh dimensions, calculate vector from there, and back to three dimension.

I provided the scans before, the blog just explains it. They warp, and control the world however they like though, whether it be creating, warping reality of these dimensions, etc. Can you clarify wym by too vague and for which part? Like whether they control all dimensions?

The Abyss is a structure which have 4 dimension (Length, Width, and Height were supplemented by Additional Fourth Dimension), in this space a person, a man (Dub the King) can move freely between that Dimension (The Abyss) and Three-Dimensional Space (Normal world), going anywhere he wishes and avoid any attack. The man can freely enter or leave this dimension (The Abyss) however he wish, even partially put part of his body in this space to bypass durability.

Feat:
Now the MC, Yogiri is stated to have control over this dimension/space (The Abyss), he can use this dimension to froze the King and strip him of his ability to freely move in this four dimensional space (The Abyss) by controlling the dimension itself. He can even lock him in this dimension (The Abyss) so he will never be able to phase out of this four-dimensional space (Abyss) back into the three-dimensional space (normal world) ever again because he has control over this four-dimensional space (Abyss).

No its the ability to flip between dimensions by slipping between the fabric of space

It might work, but the whole “remove their freedom by making them frozen in place” feels a little vague beyond it being potentially some law hax, paralysis, or just reality warping in general. If he does control the entire dimensional plane then yeah it can qualify.

And then he suddenly understood. He had only been letting them run free. This world, this alternate dimension, was all a part of that young boy. If he wished it, they would lose their freedom there. Thanks to the power he held, the man could recognize that in an instant.

“Impossible! Such a power makes no sense!”

But no matter how he raged, the world would not bend. In this world where he should have been able to swim around freely, he had been frozen solid. He couldn’t so much as move a finger now.

“No...what do you plan on doing with me?!”

Despite the man’s ragged shout, the boy didn’t seem interested in doing anything at all. He wasn’t paying any attention to him anymore. He was just going to leave him there. The man would be trapped, able to do nothing but watch the world pass him by as he slowly starved to death.

Asaka looked around her again. With an enemy that could appear at any time without warning, no amount of vigilance would help them to defend themselves, but she didn’t feel right waiting dumbly for him to attack.

“What’s wrong?” Yogiri asked, looking at her with a puzzled expression.

After a brief hesitation, she decided to tell him what was going on.

“Oh, that guy is on the other side. I made it so he can’t come back out.”

“You can do that?”

Asaka decided to leave it alone and call up to Shiraishi. She told him that the man was trapped in the other dimension and that the escaped research subjects had been returned to their rooms.

I think so, since the narrative says the dimension belong to him and if he so wish he can make the person operating in that plane frozen and locked inside (not being able to leave that dimension) there because the dimension belong to him. I mean, paralyzing inducement by manipulating the dimension could be another usage of his "Dimensional Manipulation."

Also, narratively in the story, Yogiri never use law manipulation, paralysis inducement, or reality warping like he did with the King.
His power is Instant Death, he can destroy law, or use his subjective reality warping to induce death on object with no concept of death/life. But he never apply a law on people, or use things like reality warping to change reality.

I think the author intention was to tell us that he can only do that because the Abyss belong to him, because he has control on that dimension.

Well, they always referring it to dimensional planes. Like Teleporter which can go to eleventh dimension and Curtana which can cut through higher or lower dimension.

Oh yeah, talking about Teleporter, if they can go to eleventh dimension, and go back to third dimension. Does it qualify for Dimensional Manipulation? Also they described as ignoring limit of three dimensions.

I authentically don't know if someone already responded to you, but no, you are not technically wraping your own dimensionality as there is no manipulation to begin with.
