Since it was a draw in Tier 10 version this is where Tier 9s are used

Tier 9s only

No characters with Mid Godly-True Godly regen, Non-Corporeal, or Type 9 Immortality it makes it unfair

Well, I mean, it's not really TOO combat applicable. In fact, it varies.

Either way, don't expect to see him much. Expect him to be, say, a commander.

True. He also has amazing resistances, so he could just truck through everything and heck, possibly even one-shot all the other 9-Bs. Also, sadly, nobody can really hurt him.
