Tbh even if Bill is overestimated and I feel like Discord can win, Im not sure on T1 MLP either. The whole T1 changes they made while back is just whack.
Hell, as major anti-VSW statement, I kinda sorta dont like T2s being given that easily. Since its basically 4D tier, not every verse specifies that stuff destroys time as well. It feels like a major loophole to include spacetime.

And since nobody in 2hu verse can interact with HDE or counter her hax working on such potency nor has comparable power, they all gets Titan Shang Tsun treatment

Physically yeah, but most comics where Thor begins busting out anything other than basic stuff he tends to win pretty quick (Elseworlds also have statements of him holding back against even the Hulk).
