Depends on what kind of telekinesis. If it has a vector/force or mass like an aura, it wouldn’t work, but if it is something Saiki K, then Gojo is screwed.

Small Country-Country probably. It would be weird to only destroy Chile and not the land around it as well. Like if it was a blast it would probably be like Large Country maybe even breaching Continent assuming spherical, but Large Country is safer.
