Something something MJ and Peter were in a long term relationship, both got pulled into another universe, met a guy who could send one of them back in order to get help and bring the other back, Peter wants to send MJ back but MJ sends him back first, and in the time it takes Peter to get back to save MJ she had already moved on from him fast enough to have gotten her cheeks clapped by Paul and had two kids with him who were already toddlers by the time Peter got back. Peter then brings MJ, Paul, and the kids back to 616 where MJ and Paul are now married and MJ tells Peter to his face that she is staying with Paul. MJ is now outwardly avoiding Peter completely.

Yeah being honest I don't see Deku vs Kamala happening Kamala herself isn't that much of a popular character and not to mention Deku stomps her into the ground.
Plus honestly don't see a point of a Deku Runback DB shoot there shot way too early with him and nobody left feels really good enough when MHA is done for good to run him back
