Powerful and extremely knowledgable Demons/Youkai with a fondness for flaunting their prowess by trolling and manipulating the protagonists of their settings with convoluted schemes out of their own goals/schemes. Both are also known for being pathological liars, as Pram's famed ability to see the future is a sham, while Yukari lies to others while goading other Youkai/humans to solve incidents in her place. They also contrast each other in a few ways, as Pram is a serial troublemaker whose schemes once indirectly led to the destruction of an entire Netherworld, while Yukari is a genuine protector of Gensokyo beneath all her quirks, which would give them a clear reason to fight in-universe.

I mean it is true that Hulk can still come back (Hell another character actually lost access to his green door but used another method to return), but Hulk won't be able to return to fight Broly any time soon. Which DB did acknowledge and said that is enough to give Broly the win anyway.

Marisa also had Zatanna and arguably Twilight Sparkle too. I think she also has that one girl from LoL who basically has a master spark for her ultimate. I can’t recall her name

Marisa doesn’t have a lot of hax that’s standard equipment. However she does have a lot of resistances. Marisa’s main focus is being a sheer powerhouse. If I remember correctly, she was able to destroy a mountain with a Master Spark, a misfire in fact. I believe she also stated that it wasn’t even fully charged.

Eh maybe. It’s really hard to tell tbh. Touhou in general is hard to properly scale just due to the fact that there’s not much to go off of. The mangas don’t focus on combat and are more slice of life based. We can at least say that PC-98 can be a good basis for Resistances and AP since no spell card rules. But the problem with that is that it’s PC-98

Well is the PC-98 game a separate canon though?
Otherwise everyone is Cirno tier or Miko tier.
Even if we take into account Utsuho creating an artificial sun for a danmaku this will still be underwhelming compared with the lore.

PC-98 is canon unless there’s a contradiction, in which case you go with the new Lore. But there hasn’t been too much of a case of that so for the most part it’s still canon. And again, Touhou is too hard to scale so I doubt it’ll show up in a Death Battle unless it’s Reimu. Also we do have the Suika feat to base the higher tier characters off of.

So Obi-Wan tier Yoda is and Death Battle Sora tier King Mickey is? "Astounding" that is.
I mean, with the current Kingdom Hearts downgrade, Yoda actually has a chance of destroying King Mickey - except King Mickey still scales to the Xehanort planet moving feat so Mickey can still AP stomp - if Yoda does not speed blitz and mind screw or organ crush - "(a Jedi) could just crush his organs. Shit, man, don't mess around with a Jedi".
... except King Mickey may still speed blitz...
