Disagree. Not only are the connections for X vs Primal great, the animation potential is also really solid.

Plus it has an interesting debate with Primal on what versions you use. Though the common composite Primal does SS Level scaling and scaling to someone who dodged attacks coming from the edges of the universe.

Also, about the animation potential, both Primal and X have great action figures, so maybe it can be a stop-motion fight, which sounds great.

There is a lot of versions, some are absolutely insane like one version of Primal is a dimension hopping guardian of the multiverse but for some pages I guess you could make some for the Beast Wars and Beast Machine cartoons, the 3H and FunPub comics, the Beast Wars II and Beast Wars Neo animes, etc.

Like Batman vs Moon Knight live action or Batman vs Inspector Gadget hand drawn needs no Hellbat to do the job (or should I say, Batman with Hellbat wins a lot of opponents and brings him to fighting stronger opponents).
Either Batman vs Iron Man or a small chance vs Spider-Man.
Well afaik Travis Touchdown does not need No More Heroes 3 to beat Scott Pilgrim (in fact NMH 3 makes him cutbstomp).

Only seasons 3 and 6 have had no DBZ episodes so I definitely see it as a possibility

Its more about this season being about mostly matches with history and Dragon Ball is one of the most historic franchises linked to DB.
