Apparently they aren't doing milestone episodes anymore so this works best as a mid season finale. Actually now Goro vs Machamp being 125 makes sense. I think they even said they didn't realize that it was episode 125 hinting they stopped caring about milestones at that point.
 
To change the subject as soon as humanly possible, I know a lot of people know about Guts vs Dimitri, but I don't think people know how much of a good matchup it is.

  • Both are well known for a more "Berserker" fighting style despite being extremely intelligent fighters​
  • Both have an animal representing their "Dark" side, a Black Wolf representing Guts' and a Boar representing Dimitri's.​
  • Both were friends with the main villains at some point before their fall into villainy, said villain also being a chosen one of sorts (Griffith was destined to become a member of God Hand and Edelgard had two crests)​
  • Both's lives are (or at least were) incomprehensibly tragic. Guts probably needs no explanation, while Dimitri lost his family when he was child and got PTSD.​
  • Both also lost one or more body parts to these former friends (directly or indirectly), both losing their right eyes and Guts losing an arm.​
  • Became single-minded in their pursuit of vengeance until eventually being turned (somewhat) sane by friends, espesially one that they believed were long dead​
  • Just have the coolest ******* in-universe nicknames. The Black Swordsman, The Tempest King, Hundred-Man Slayer, The Boar Prince, etc...​

Cool but i prefer Guts vs Hyakkimaru because Guts actually wins that one
