Actually, Boomstick signed a contract that said Wiz could kill him if he ever threw away a lightsaber once having one. Why Wiz decided to make an actual contract for that I have no idea.

Technically Boomstick just cross a line over the contract with his own bloodstream. He did not even properly sign on that one. But effects of ghosts coming out did happen so this may mean something else.
Also, since Wiz has a robotic arm he can replace one with preparation instead of regenerating it on spot.
What is truly impressive is that Boomstick seemingly fainted out by whatever means leading to dropping down onto the floor just stood right back up and continued to speak content.
Also, how that contract will validate in a fight is even questionable.
Maybe in an aftermath.
More depressing as Mako will die to Chie and Satsuki may have a chance of dying to Kid or Bruno. Ragyu has to die to Kaguya BTW. So who is Nui pitted against again?
Seems like regular Death Battle fights are computer simulated. Death Race and The Seven Battle Royale are using "real people" in the same plane as Wiz and Boomstick.

I mean, think about it, they're in many often cases getting a powers/weapons of characters in analysis.
They're pretty much several times stated about simulation in Sevens battle royale and death race. So it's possible they can create a weapons of characters they've used on their battles.
Same Boomstick entering speedforce, using Ben 10's clock, getting Lightsaber or Wiz using megabuster, Aquaman's weapon, trying to activate a sharingan to boomstick by getting tons of TNT for destroying a beer.
