Don't think Akuma has actually used his full power against Ryu in any of their fights (Which is why Ryu was left unchanged while Akuma and a few others got bumped up to Hugh 6-C)
 
Yeah they got booted down to Mountain level+ since the meteor feat was downgraded, doesn't change much though Jin and Heihachi still beat Ryu and Geese respectively.
How do we rate when the base form stomps the base form of the opponent and the contrary happens with the transformations?

Because Ryu stomps in base form

We rate based on the transformations, as an example we ignore Mario and Sonics base forms and focus primary on stuff like Super Sonic to judge how accurate their fights are. Also speed isn't his problem (Although it is a big one given that Jin is over 20 times faster), base Ryu isn't that much stronger than Base Jin since Ryu scales to 1.28 Gigatons while Jin scales to 901 Megatons (Less than a 50% difference, plus given that Jin is 20+ times faster he's gonna land a ton of hits that are gonna wear Ryu down).

I think we should try looking into this on this thread to verify it
Quickly looked into myself and yeah we don't accept Ryu scaling to Akumas full power so as it stands Jin vs Ryu is still wrong buy our standards.

Now we don't need crossover scaling and Mask still wins.
 
Nah. Going by the current profiles, no one on Overwatch can interact with Zepheniah Mann, nor permanently kill Soldier or Merasmus
