I actually tried measuring it using the size of the laser and got a 9-A result
I doubt that's a very accurate method but the rock does appear really small in shots like this

He only uses it in the tunnel to let the League escape the flood, and the water barrier when training with Vulko and against Orm. Dammit, Orm threw tsunamis at every coastline across the planet and Arthur only manipulates the contents of my friggin water bottle.
