That's more a calc member question. Usually for V. FRAG though the majority of the structure must be completely shattered into fragments rather than a small amount.

For v. frag the fragments must be considerably small compared to the original volume, yes.

However, I am not sure if such a feat like this can be standardized. Not all mountains are built the same nor do they share the same cone profile.

Hmm well that said thanks for your input on the calc it is appreciated. Has the feat been regularly calculated before(Superman's i mean)?

While that could be true that mountain's vary a lot in size, but the main reason why this common feat was requested was because literally no one else bothered to calc the actual impact feat which Supes endured crashing into. So technically we kinda had no choice
