The collective timelines in either case are Low 1-C. Because they're separated structures that fit the criteria.
What I'm saying is that just one Timeline isn't likely enough for Low 1-C. It would just be a higher 2-C.

Okay let just apply the changes if the standards change and db doesn't qualify anymore make a downgrade thread for it we don't need to hold this thread any longer since dt can be busy and it might take him weeks to reply

Downgrade thread is exist, if the new standard is say no to this then just change this. The new standard (if there are new) is not concluded yet, by the current standard and how many staff agreement with this, this thread is ready to apply

Are you talking about the timelines that service all 12 universes or the timeline that contains all the other ones? Because they both fit the criteria, unless there was something i missed
