Even without Dispel Bound, pretty sure Jackie can't get through Eternal Atoms, but *engage Bane voice* there are other ways to break a man.
Considering where Jackie's powers come from (the Darkness), I doubt Darsh can nullify his powers.
Absolute Zero might be able to take Jackie down even with his high regen (assuming it's actual absolute zero that causes atoms to collapse and not just really-cold-ice manipulation)
The way I see this going, is that battle starts, both bluster a bit, then Darsh starts saying a spell and Jackie just slices up Darsh to pieces from the inside continuously. Then he realises it isn't working as Darsh keeps regening, so he instead uses his Darkness powers to open a portal to Hell, create unbreakable shackles, eternal death machine, etc something to just BFR or incap Darsh forever.

Yep. Basically via versatility, quicker attacks (via creating darkness inside people) and less arrogance/playing around.

You do not need to bump every 3 hours. 12 hours between bumps would be plenty

Planet level DS don't need to say chanting in order to cast spell, anyway DS can BFR him with Black Sabbath, but he probably wont lead with it.
