Supergirl has two showings of lifting 1 Million Tons casually. In the second feat, she lifted it to space in seconds, resulting in 1.8821 Megatons

This would maker her Small City level, and would scale to Superman, Martian Manhunter and probably Cyborg Superman.

Being mind controlled isn't a weakness, it can happen to anyone if they don't have good enough resistance and thus isn't notable.

Does anyone have a video? Because i agree with Sethisbest, lifting strength (and in this case pushing srength shouldn't neccesarily translate into AP).

In this case Kinetic energy would be much better, but in order to judge if the time frame is correct we are going to need a video.

Well, the first method is using Potentional Energy to find the result. I'm having troubles following the second method, though.

Smallville Supes is Planet level by pushing a planet. That is a lifting feat too. Lifting feats can be used for AP

Actually, he's Planet level for countering the kinetic energy of a planet moving towards Earth. I guess one could calc the kinetic energy of Supergirl moving the key.

Speed (v)=100000m/48secs=2083.33m/so

Mass(m)=1000000000kg

Kinetic energy=mv^2=10^9×2083.3^2=4.338889×10^16 joules which is 1.037megatonstill of YET

THE FORCE she applied is a different story

A=2d-vt/t^2

A=(2×100000m)-2083m/s×48s^2

A=85.9m/s^2

Mass=1000000000

Force=ma=85.9×10^9 newton's of force
