I mean going by the textbook definition, repel would fit more into the attack reflection category as opposed to power null
Repel in the first definition from Merriam Webster is repulse or resist. Can check it out urself mate.

Judging from how magic reacts when it hits them, it’s reasonable to infer the correct interpretation would be resist

power null or magic resistance.

So I can make another thread now since this one done? And since Zeldris stomped he won't be getting a Win off this?

Damn y’all really don’t chill… I hadn’t tried my luck against speedster yet.

its not? So Zel gets a win off this? nice. I thought stomps were when no good win con is presented for both characters.
Julius losing is better than the trillions of matches of "JULIUS TIME STOP AND WINS" or "HEY, I AM YOUR ******* COUNTER JULIUS"

So is the debate Over? Can I still say Julius could avoid danger and react by taking one of his slashes amping its speed to rip his head off? Can I still say Julius negs his magic resistance? Can I even vote JULIUS NOW?

Unless I'm mistaken;

- Zeldris fear manip hasn't worked on someone stronger

- Ominous Nebula can't stop a time bubble

- Julius negates his resistance

So... again, Mana Zone and Chrono stasis. I vote Julius

Yaaayy there is hope

Sorry I'll respond to this later

How does Fear manip work in verse? Is it actually a thing that works on equivalent power characters or is it just a thing that occurred a few times on vastly weaker characters and is now an assumed passive that works on everyone without resistance

Oh god I'm getting Nen crush nightmares

Again, no one has to give evidence of that. Fear manip is inherently dura neg. You are the one who has to prove it can’t affect relative opponents
