he could just ask cress for timmy's weaknesses. she's a psychic type so she should know. timmy dosent know about crss' mindhax so he wouldnt be able to counter her reading the mind. not to mention that hoopa could also summon buzzwole and make him hit the earth so fast timmy wouldnt react and then the earth would get rekt insta-killing timmy. timmy needs time for wishes and he is an idiot. hoopa is quite inteligent and could easily summon any pokemon that would outspeed timmy and insta-kill him!

The attack speed of Fairly Magic is also way beyond Hoopa's capabilities, so no, Timmy may even have his own wand without needing to make wishes. Timmy has blitzed other with wishes, so no, and his intelligence is rank as genius at his best with details of it while Hoopa's just says "High", just saying that Timmy is an idiot is downplay and very BS. Similar stuff can be said with Timmy and his magic.

Guys this match was made before Timmy got downgraded and Hoopa got upgraded so...yeah. So while I don't really feel like reviving this match; I've made the conditions more fair since Darkrai and Cress instantly stomp.

"Likely 5-B" is the weakest Timmy, he doesn't have any of his equipment and doesn't start by using his fairies. He also just has C&W and is baseline.
