Inconclusive, Charizard has Mountain level durability, while Natsu is only faster,stronger in striking strenght and attack potency than Charizard (Base Form)...so pretty much they are even out, it should be inconclusive but a note should be put that if it was either Mega evolved to Charizard X or Y then Charizard would win.

A random Charizard should have more AP than Gigalith's Large Town Power Gem feat since Charizard's Special Attack is higher. The speed feat was taken from when Ash's was still just a runt so I think it's reasonable.

Charizard. Due to his movepool, he can do the following.
Fly out of Natsu's range
Use Protect to block any attack that isn't too far beyond his dura.
Use Reflect to increase physical defense for an extended time
Use Dragon dance to increase speed and offense
Use swords Dance to increase attack by two stages, which is in game calculated as 2X
Cause earthquakes that can either knock Natsu into a fissure/off balance for other attacks
Use seismic toss to hurl him into space if possible/cause damage if not.
Can use Rock Slide to damage/distract Natsu with a rock avalanche that has been shown to be able to appear out of nowhere
He also has Solar Beam, Dragon Pulse and Focus Blast/Air Cutter/Air Slash along with Hidden Power and Echoed/Hyper Voice to spam ranged attacks outside of Natsu's range
ANcientPower can increase all of his stats at once
Counter inflicts exactly double the damage recieved back to the user. example : Natsu inflicts town damage, Charizard deals 2X town damage back.
Charizard also has belly drum and roost, which will allow him to maximize his physical offense abilities at the cost of half of his stamina, which can be replenished by landing with Roost.
And all of this is not counter the moves he's lost over the years, which include Ominous Wind, Twister, Dynamic Punch, Mimic and Endure, along with Skull bash.

Natsu literally eats Charizard's tail flame by inhaling, then for good measure claps him with Lightning Flame Dragon Mode.

Charizard uses Fire Attack, Natsu eats it. Charizard realizes that Fire Attacks will not work and immediately resorts to Mega Evolution Dragon Claw. OHKOs Natsu because Large Island Level >>> City Level+. There we have it.

Guys Natsu got buffed to Mountain Level and Charizard got nerfed to Town Level (Likely Higher to an Unknown Extent). So Town Level Charizard here loses.
