This is not Low 2-C vs 2-C, it is 2-A vs 2-A, your logic is invalid
Now come to the match. Even if we goes by the logic of Supes AP = Goku AP, and ignore Goku vast array of abilities to amp his stats and boost his damage, etc... It will come down to hax, both of them have Dura Neg, but Goku have EE and Probability Manip. Goku could Dura neg with every of his strike while Supes Dura Neg is his heat vision which act similar to laser, this is play into Goku favor as he could turn UIO and could maintain it for a pretty long time at will allow him to dodge better, along with Probability Manip allow him to make the heat vision miss, and Goku could just Dura neg him with a ki blast and end the fight. With Information Analysis Goku will have reliable information about Supes and will not drag the fight for fun. He could also use the last resort which is EE that could erase even the soul, unless Supes havefeat of resisting EE at this potent he lose terribly

Ah yes, calling people children just because you misinterpreted the rules. Great job as always.
The reason why Goku is higher into 2A is due multipliers and scaling chains. You can still very well be above baseline 2A by multipliers alone.

Via scaling chains and multipliers. Unless the verse makes it clear that destroying more than one set of infinite universes takes more power, which DC doesn't, then it's cosmology is baseline.
Anyway, Goku seems to one-shot here.
