Zeus literally turns into a Type 1 CM abstract that far and wide surpasses the Primordials, and he can't even touch Hope Kratos. How exactly did Kratos lose when he has CM1 invulnerability?

Hope acts as an independent Type 1 AE CM1 force actively protecting Kratos. Sure, he might be AE2, but he's covered in a protective AE1 CM1 layer and might as well be that level for practical reasons. You still fundamentally have to get through Hope first to get to Kratos.
