Can ren fuji's bois de justice kill goetia from fgo??

Yes, it inflicts Death that works on a High 1-A level, and none of Goetia's Immortalities work on anything close to this level.

Ren always aims, or tries to aim for the neck with bois de justice in his fights. Which I'm pretty sure is how his Death Inducement works in that matter. Also cuz it's a...well, guillotine-like blade so it fits for him to do that.

Anywhere else or if he attacks anything that's not the neck, it'll just do damage like what any other Holy Relic in the VN does.

His Holy Relic only has to touch the neck for Marie curse to work. Doesn't necessarily need to cut it since the decapitation part is also covered by Marie's curse

Marie, by virtue is a Gudou God before her change into a Hadou. Even then, she can kill anyone below her level. Basically she is already a High 1A with limited High 1A power even without the killing Merc part.
