Can a 4D being be affected by 3D hax if they don't resist them? Is it the same for 10-D vs 9-D or lower hax

Title, if a being has no visible resistance to certain hax, do they get affected by this hax even with lower tier potency

They are but to an infinitesimal degree, since the character is 4-D, the 3-D hax can only hit them on 3 dimensions while they cannot effect the 4th dimension which is infinitely higher than all the other dimensions.

It's more like they have a lack of range (can't reach the 4th dimension with 3 dimensional powers) rather than the attack just being nullified because "lol dimensionality".

No, because the hax doesn't have range and potency to affect. That why you can see Psuedo Invulnerability in the Usage section of the page
