The fight takes place in Silbern. Somebody messed up Candice's hair and she just happened to meet Budo in her rage. Obviously, Budo isn't ready to take any nonsense from Candice.

Candice starts out in base but can go Vollstandig if necessary. Speed is equalized. Who wins?

I would have preferred Akame vs Mitsuru but oh well.

I think Candice takes this via higher AP while Budo can only do a single 7B lightning strike with his trump card, and even then it can get canceled out.

I don't think Budo can win, when Candice's lightning is is as powerful as a strike from his trump card there's a problem.

Wave is a good one for Candice as well.

Budo's strongest attack is slightly weaker than Candi's regular attacks, even in base. On top of that, she is much, much faster.

He might out-smart her, but it's unlikely.
