Now Ruby skill scales to Bann Belladonna, who with Orange Amp could fight against Cinder Fall on par. The same Cinder Fall who could fight on par against Ozpin who had trained under Korin, Mr. Popo, and Kami, has thousands of years of stockpiled skill of all the life's he fused with on top of that making him as skilled as if not more skilled then End of OG Dragon Ball Goku and Ruby skill scales to that

Not sure how skill would be relevant when Bambietta can simply just shoot her explosives at Ruby and blow up her Scythe point blank, its not even obvious first glance that if it hits you, that item turns into a bomb. The Sternreiter (some of them) are also underrated in skill. All the Bambies would at least have Captain level skill.

There are things to consider:

1) Bambietta doesn't just need to attack Ruby directly, she can create explosions also all around Ruby and deplete her Aura as time passes.

2) All the other Bambies attacking Ruby, I mean Candice would just spam electric attacks at her, or Lillotto can just try to consume Ruby.

In Dragon Ball RWBY Z at least, like Buu literally can't turn them into candy at all even tho they're weaker then him because of their Aura, once their Aura broke then he could do so

Also Like in cannon her weapon is covered in her Aura too

It's worth noting that Ruby resists soul manip via Ki manipulation, which helps her a lot here
