1. Agreed for Kid Goku (Dragon Ball) and Adult Goku (DBZ, DBS) for Breath Attack.

Not sure for other Saiyans unless you post scans of doing Breath Attack.

2. Agreed with King Piccolo and Piccolo for Breath Attack.

Not sure for other Namkians. Agreed with Giant Namekian Form for other Namekians with Breath Attack.

If Kid Goku was able to do that then i don't see why much stronger saiyans couldn't do the same, is not like that was some kind of special technique like the Kaioken or even something as basic as Flying, it was just him breathing really hard, same goes for Piccolo.

I could even argue that anyone stronger than Kid Goku should had Breath Attack since technically this it just a matter power levels and ki control than special abilities (just like the Vice Shout of Gotenks SSj3 and Super Buu).

I'm sure they can do Breath Attack yet that does not mean it has to be added for other saiyans unless it was shown in the manga or Super.

Goku has see other ki base techniques before like Toki Tobashi but that does not mean he will have Hit abilities on his profile.

They have to do it to be able to be added on profiles even if it is obvious for them to have it.

Vice Shout is Sound Manipulation.
