Boruto wins. He has the Jogan which gives him pre-cognition like abilities, can use Shadow Clones and make 8 clones if the Jogan is active. Has 3 Chakra Natures, Lightning Release, Wind Release and Water Release. Has his Vanishing Rasengan, has the Karma Seal which lets him absorb a lot of abilities even if you say he can't absorb Korra's attacks it still makes him physically stronger. He also can create portals, and has the Horned Mode which would absolutely dominate Korra

Vanishing Rasengan probably won't work well on Korra, since even people who have just barely started training airbending can dodge/recognize attacks by feeling the air pressure coming towards them.

Since someone's bending does stem from their life energy, Karma seal should help absorb bending, though it might just take away Korra's control of elements she's in the process of bending, since the attacks are the actual elements from the environment.

I think Korra's superior range and AoE/spam is her big saving grace in this fight, but Boruto's portals can get him close, so he'll probably take this for Avenger's reasons.

It's a mistmatch. Either Boruto stomps base Korra since it's an 8-B vs an 8-C/High 8-C or Avatar State Korra stomps Boruto since it's a 7-B vs Low 7-C

the difference between 8-b and 8c isnt high enough for it to be a stomp

so ill make it so that's Korra is high 8c and boruto is 8b to have them be as close in tiers as possibly

Korra scales above characters who scale back from 9.4 tonnes of tnt, while Boruto scales to 18 tones of tnt, so it's not a sharp worthy of a stomp, though it adds more to Boruto's favor.
