Doesn't Boruto have BFR? Assuming you're using comp Boruto but he's just downgraded to 8-B.

Quite literally does but for some reason this isn't on his profile.
Are you using a specific key of boruto or just boruto overall but 8-B. You didn't mention anything on that which is why I'm asking.

Ngl, it's gonna be a hard match. What's boruto's exact Boruto's and Julius AP in tons? Looking at both profiles Julius probably hax stomps but Boruto has the Physical stats when it comes to LS, not sure about AP. Is Julius attack speed also equalized?

Boruto technically would scale to both as he has comparability to sarada and would scale to tsubaki since they all share relativity and he's considered a parody in the new gen. Boruto the AP advantage having a 27.73 Tons Of TNT upscale + Class 10 Compared to Julius who has 27.66 Tons Of TNT AP and class 5 so Boruto has a slight chance?
Boruto would get blitz by that attack then since it has SOL speed when he decides to use it. Boruto's win con would be variants of rasengan which would harm Julius detrimentally if he's hit seeing that Rasengan scales higher than physical ap, Boruto could fake out Julius with shadow clones and hit him with a rasengan, or use Boruto stream with gale palm to hit Julius critically which gives 3x or more AP boost, it's also faster than his baseline stats via those amps. Boruto can also use water style ninjutsu which covers tens of meters range incapacitating him since he won't be able to dodge in time (= speed).

True, ngl this is a stomp. So many hax Julius has to his disposal and even if Borutos ap is higher, he wouldn't be able to hit him cuz they're the same speed + he has instinctive reactions. Julius has an attack that also moves SOL and attacks that can negate durability and harm the soul and mind. So Boruto gets blitzed by attack speeds and Julius just finishes him off with soul manipulation or death manipulation hax.
