That was the old version of Momonga's profile. I've updated him now.
Boa's profile says that she is likely higher than At least High 7-C, but we don't actually have a fight between her and Mononga to say she scales directly to his ratings.
So keeping the likely higher is best for now I think.

Now shouldn't Hancock herself be 7B as well, since the reasoning for her tier on her profile hasn't changed?
