I can't find a calc for Heavy Tank but Biscuit has that + so I'm assuming he has the AP advantage.

But even if he didn't, Biscuit skill ***** so hilariously bad that even if he was twice as weak I'd still see him winning by virtue of skill, technique and versatility alone. Given his opponent has no versatility to his name let alone any skill showings half as good as Oliva.
