Bionicle speed updates

Hey, so me and Promestein were having a bit of a talk about upgrading the Bionicle characters to about sub relativistic via that one feat involving Umbra, and when the Toa Ignika dodged light beams from him, and reacted fast enough to dodge them. These can be classified as high end technically, but I'd like come calculations on this.

The book with the Umbra fight supports an upgrade.

Before the Toa's startled eyes, he changed from a physical being to a concentrated beam of light. Jaller just managed to push Nuparu out of the way before the laser-like Umbra struck him.
Umbra did just what Jaller expected: he flashed after Nuparu in light form. Just before reaching the wall, Nuparu cut off his mask's energies and dropped to the stone floor.
They're able to react to his actions, even if he's faster. Nuparu acts while Umbra is in transit in the second quote.

With that, Umbra rocketed forward again. In a millisecond, he had disarmed all six Toa and filled Hewkii with a hundred blows delivered between one breath and the next.
There's also this, but he's not in light form in this feat.

That seems pretty clear cut. I agree with this.

That blog also has a calc for the speed of the GSR. That's also worth looking at. The Umbra feat there is also Relativistic. It's the GSR feat that's Sub-Rel.

I'd be most comfortable with keeping the very consistent MHS+ on the page, so we could have "Massively Hypersonic+, possibly/likely Relativistic" or something.

This sounds good. I agree with Promestein that MHS+, Likely Relativistic could work. We should add also their traval speed possibly Athletic Human or Peak Human speed for a Toa.

Travel speed isn't really something you particularly need on a profile, it wouldn't really come up in a fight unless there's BFR

Standard formatting already says the speed section is for combat
