Death is just Death Manipulation, which is more age-based than anything.

Resurrection is just "When a year ends, it dies, and a new year is born" kind of thing, I doubt that he would resurrect from time itself being destroyed.

the point of the ressurection is that time in that period was seen as years, with each year being its own being

Plus bill only ever controls time , not destroys it, he is capable, but in character he would simply enjoy weirdmaggedon

no he didn't, he incapacitated it, the episode ending states that it will reform in a thousent years. and peviously when dipper asked an all knowing mail when will the world end it told them in a thousent years.

It's likely that the end of the world the mailbox was referring to is the resurrection of the Time Baby that was vaporized by Bill, who will reform in a 1,000 years time.

• It is also possible that the scene of him destroying cities in Time Traveller's Pig is him destroying the world in 1,000 years time.
