Yeah the only haxes that are stated to be higher Dimensional on Yan Sen's profile are his HDE and his Dimensional Manipulation... the ladder of which is second Key exclusive.
So using your logic it's all 3-D

Unfortunately, the same can be said on Bill's end considering he's in the process of getting HDE he can assume at will, making neither able to use hax on the other by your logic... aka, Yan Sen has no wincons, while Bill can just beat his ass the old fashioned way.

Seeing what's written on his page, he needs to either create madness bubbles, say his true name or show what's beneath his exoskeleton.
Can't Yan Sen just give himself the powers of his students (Immortality and Gaining power through receiving damage) to counter this ?

It cannot interact with him, therefore it cannot affect him, it is as simple as that.
Even if it is not in the profile, it may not be affected. That's what limits are for

As said before it's not directly interacting, in the way that instead of Bill doing an attack and it hittng Yan Sen, it's an attack Yan Sen does to himself looking at Bill's exoskeleton
Thats for type 2
As said before for the Type 3, dont know if being a concept would grant immunity to such a thing
He hasent been shown giving himself a resistence to it so prolly not
