We either need to put his base, smaller size at Unknown or put that he varies based on his size. How about
"Varies depending on his size (His power displayed changes drastically based on the size he takes. The standard size he showed while trapped inside Gravity Falls was kid-sized or around 6 meters long, if not more), Low 7-C (While increased in the latter size, he made a giant crater by smashing his fist against the ground), possibly 6-B (While kid-sized, he blasted with energy & annihilated Time Baby, who he claimed weighs 9 trillion tons, though given context this could have been inaccurate)"

I mean 6-B would just be for his projectiles, so it won't be affected by his size (Unlike his physical AP)

Possibly Galaxy Level via Reality Warping (Shown that Ford with his powers could use them to grow larger than a galaxy in length while being smaller in width and offered Stan his own Galaxy, though he could've been desperate given the circumstances)

No, no, 3-A stays. He just can't look at a foe and make 3-A attacks at will as it comes from something specific that takes time. Growing to that size isn't 3-C unless calc'd, and just being at that size makes any random attack 4-A, not 3-C. And offering a galaxy is inhereditary far, far more likely to mean as in owning it rather than to create it from 0.

- Applying Low 7-C (Along with a Variable tier based on his Size Manipulation), possibly 6-B Energy Projection, and Class K Lifting Strength via Telekinesis based on these calculations was agreed upon.
- @QuasiYuri agreed with the removal of 4-A and 11-A
- Me, @Edwardtruong2006, @ActuallySpaceMan, @Yar_R_agi_7k, @y3p_owo, and @Nierre all agree that 4-A/11-A should be removed.
- @Eficiente agreed with the removal of 11-A but sees 4-A as legitimate
- @Mazdoesstuff agreed with 4-A staying
TL;DR So by current consensus 4-A and 11-A get axed (though Eficiente wanted more input on 4-A) and those calculations get added. I’ll be able to handle the changes if Bill Cipher gets opened.

Unlocked for some small thing; "The standard size he showed during Weirdmageddon" should be changed for "The standard size he showed while trapped inside Gravity Falls" since it communicates that he was trapped somewhere (a limited space) while he showed those sizes for his body, hence potentially he would have shown or could show other feats while not trapped somewhere.

We should also add Class 10 LS in base form for being able to restrain Stan, Ford, and the Dipper twins.
I also think there’s other feats that can be calced for the verse (Mabel punched a massive hole through a brick wall while she was running from Nightmare Bill), but that can be handled in another thread

Despite everything I said, I believe Bill should get "far higher outside of Gravity Falls" to all his physical forms.
The profile as it currently stands assumes Bill's maximum power to be Small Town Level and Subsonic+, which while indexes what we see in the show, it is demonstrably not true that it's his maximum ability.
As you know, it'd be pretty hard to be a threat to the entire universe and do what Bill was planning to do if you move at Subsonic+ speeds and can only destroy small landmasses.
