Medusa can probably dodge a good amount of Big Mom's attacks with her Vectors, but she eventually just loses out. She doesn't compare in stamina nor in her kit. She might have higher AP, but I don't see her dishing enough attacks to take someone as monstrous in stamina and abilities as Big Mom.
