She is far smarter, her dragon form has equal durability, and her enchantment gives her soul hax so she could probably just remove BM's soul from her homies and make them useless.

She could also probably switch bodies with BM or just turn her into a mouse

You are mistaking soul hax for mind hax.

Irene has plenty of options for dealing with Big mom, I mean she could literally just teleport her into space but it is not as if big mom can't kill Irene via durability negation if she gets enough hits in before Irene kills her with hax.

Big Mom doesn't have dura neg and even if she did, Fairy Tail Dragons can live without their organs.

And her "mind hax" is basically her removing someone's soul and putting her own in.

Even though they can live with out organs they can still be injured or killed with enough physical damage. Durability negation or not we have not been told how much greater a dragons durability is than their AP and big mom has the AP advantage
