Could Firey get an Intelligence upgrade, since he built a ferris wheel and his speaker box.

Question: if a character has something like dimentional storage, does that mean the object being stored is standard equiptment or optional equiptment?

Depends on how many times we seen the item, if its not that much (IE, Spongy's Spaceship, most of Yellow Face's shop items, etc), then it shall be considered optional.

We have determined that budget cuts are just apart of "Toon Force", as Antvasima once said. That said, I suppose that may be valid, but make a CRT on that first.

Ah, shes actually my favorite female contestant, 2nd being Puffball. Usually, though, Im more interested on making the ones that have good hax rather than being upright haxless.
