According to this Hitsugaya's Shikai & Bankai AP doesn't change, but rater the volume of Ice he can use.

We also know that after Aizen's defeat he grain very hard.

Shouldn't Bazz-B be Country lvl by powerscaling from him? He was easily defeated by Jugram, but there's a gap between the same tiers. He probably was in the lower half. Bazz-B did beat Hitsugaya easily in combat too.

Doesn't matter. Toshiro himself said that when he goes bankai, his power doesn't increase, only his Ice Volume. And he was fighting Gerard in his imcomplete bankai as well as freezing him, receiving damage, etc...

Absolutely not. this is dodging backwards powerscaling and contradicts every other showing he has shown in that form. And there no sign that this is the case after his Matured Bankai.
