• Battle takes place in the Forest Fight in Revenge Of The Fallen
• Both are bloodlusted
• Blitzwing scales to 25.1789716667 tons while Blackout scales to 11.64902151 Tons of TNT. Roughly 2.2x gap in AP

Would Blackout be able to EMP Blitzwing? That's the only way I see him winning.

Blitzwing doesn't have resistance to it, so yeah, it would work.

Blackout also has much better LS, meannng he would win in a wrestling match, and he's bigger, so take that as you will

I think Blackout could win with EMP and then physically beating Blitzwing to death.

Blitzwing has much better mobility and flight and higher AP tbf. And he can even fly in robot mode where as Blackout can't

Probably not considering the gap between Baseline High 8-C+ and Blitzwing's AP, but he's fast enough to be a distraction.
