If Kak got punched through, casually, by a 8-C, a High 8-C touching him would kill him. And while he can harm characters like Dio, it's only flesh wounds. And the 20m Emerald Splash isnt usable in a direct 1v1, Kak would need to piss off, create a large enough distance and spend like 2 minutes making it.
