Battle for the Strongest Tier 7-A: Keishirou Kyougetsu vs Lucetta Quetzl

This ain't fate. Supernatural luck wont save him from her telling a joke and he gets incap'd
It saved him from infinite attacks or something like that. She just wouldnt start with it or do stuff OoC.

Boi Masada is the Nasuverse if it lifted weights and took steroids

That's not what I have doubt of. Also, the technique they are claiming would make her miss, are dead ass just telling a joke and inflicting paralysis. There is no aiming. Can it make her not use her techniques she would normally go to in character?

Unless you're arguing that luck that effects people a uncountable infinity of uncountable infinity's squares above the god tiers of Lucetta's verse can't do so, yes

That's not even close to what I am claiming. The **** you mean?

Pachi was claiming that the luck would just make her not use the attack. But his luck has never done anything like this. It has also never made non aiming reliant attacks land

From luck alone? Just using luck? Even tho his luck has never been used this way?

There is a difference between saying it would trump an ability, and dead ass just creating new mechanics for an ability. You are doing the latter. Put it like this his luck, even when against a beyond dimensional difference in power between him and his opponent, has never functioned the way that you describe. If it has, then show me.

Except the only difference in this case is area and time of usage, which is already bypassed when it has bypassed more.

Would you mind rephrasing? Put it like this, the way his luck functions won't save him from something like this. It's an entirely different kind of ability, and he hasn't defended against something like this. The issue isnt potency.

A song <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<..................................<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< whatever a Hadou God is at this point in terms of abstract-ness

Wilhelm Ehrenburg FRA

Well I may have missed some stuff but your argument for why Kei doesn't just luck s u c c is that he needs to hit someone first, which was proven wrong iirc, and that he can't hit something as abstract as a song, which Hadou Gods are far more abstract than

That's also not what I said. The issue was that simply being abstract does not grant you intangibility, and it seems he can. Also, the luck succ doesn't protect because her moves in question aren't something that needs to be aimed, or that can "miss" in the way you describe.

Tossing infinite clones of someone at someone and having them all attack can miss if you are unlucky. Telling a joke and getting paralysed isn't something that can "miss."

Numahine literally attacked him infinite times and they all missed

that alone should be enough to show that even attacks that shouldn't be able to miss will still miss when it comes to Kei

Although exceedingly unlikely, it is possible to repeat a given result an infinite number of times. Let's say that for his given power, he can force luck checks to fail

But this is different, there is no luck check. There is no range, no aiming, nothing. It's like saying that his luck would stop gravity from effecting him because he can force the earth to "miss."

There is no probability element to it, so luck has no factor.

the thing is is that while what you said is entirely true, it's also possible for the same result to repeat an infinite number of times, or just random. unrelated results an infinite number of times

there is also no need to aim or have range when you have 1-A range even in your 4-A form and attack an infinite number of times. Tbh he probably could do that if gravity was actively hurting him

Yes, and his luck would make those results go in his favor, but the difference is that some moves work without the influence of luck. It's like Ajimu vs Iihiko. It does not matter how many times she would fight him, because it is not a matter of luck. Nothing she has would ever effect him. But to contrast, running into a being that could defeat Ajimu us exceedingly unlikely, but because she can live for ever it is possible for her to run into someone like that

That is inaccurate. Having 1-A range means that you can attack at that "distance." But that does not mean you do not have to aim. Mercerius and Rein can dodge eachother's attacks.

That's a nice theory, but do you have scans of that? No. The point is, there is a difference between something being so exceedingly likely or unlikely, and something working completely unaffected by luck

ok

ok, but the point is that those infinite attacks hit pretty much everywhere Numahine could reach

considering what Kei's luck has affected, him making gravity "miss" wouldn't be super impressive. the thing is is that not only did Numahine hit everywhere she could reach, but they fought in her own territory iirc, AKA, they fought somewhere that Numahine had full control over, such as manipulating probabilities, and she still couldn't hit Kei

They potentially could have, but they didn't. And if they did, they were not at the right times for them to land.

Cool, so she still could increase her odds exponentially, and make everything in her favor. Know the problem? The fact she had to do that means she still had to aim.

It's like the Ten Commandments in NNT. Let's take Galand for example. Did you lie? Yes. Are you in his presence? Yes. Do you resist Petrafication to a notable degree that would stop his commandment? No. If those qualifications are filled, then you turn to stone. No luck is taken into account. Its the same thing with Lucetta
