Vehicular Mastery and Weapon Mastery are both for having far above normal skill in those respective fields. The feats on Pig's profile of "Rode a motorcycle before" and "Hit people with a mallet a few times" show nowhere near the expertise required, and thus these abilities should be removed from his profile.
