Barney's combat mindset

Since "Standard Tactics" are meant to reflect how a character will act in a combat setting, how would we go about determining the mindset of someone who's never been in a fight/confrontation? Since all of Barney's abilities have been used exclusively for entertainment/play, an "in-character" mindset is difficult to pin down.

Standard Tactics

Huh, I and some others were already working on it.

I´ll post the latest draft of it when it´s good enought to be considered.

"Standard Tactics: Barney is well known as a character that would never actually fight, as his personality is strongly against such things. SBA (Standard Battle Assumptions) cover such problem/weakness when regarding Versus Threads, however, turning him into actually willing to kill, but he will still give priority to incapacitate. If it fails, he will just try to kill the target in lack of better options.

Barney will lead with powers derived from his Subjective Reality power in either case, as that´s what he leads with when having an issue in canon, usually including Size Manipulation and Transmutation"

Thoughts?

Creation is way too context specific for standard tactics so I think it should be removed.

This is supposed to reflect his canon mindset and behavior so guesswork of any kind should be left out.

Standard Tactics: Barney's character is exclusively non-violent and thus would never actually fight in-character. However, Standard Battle Assumptions partially covers this issue by rendering him willing to kill, but since Barney has never been in a combat scenario what aspect of his Imagination powers he'll use is left up to interpretation.

Standard Format for Character Profiles states that Standard Tactics is optional and should be excluded if the character's tactics cannot be identified, so this might be left out.

Leaving it up to interpretation will leave it very prone to double standards in all Vs. threads, however.

Double Standards of what kind?

"Standard Tactics: The usual behaviour exhibited by a character during battles. For example, which actions a character will first perform when fighting an unknown opponent or which abilities they will use frequently, rarely, or never. This section is optional and should not be added if the character's behaviour is too inconsistent to identify a common pattern."

If we're claiming he'll start with Transmission we'd need instances of him using it in combat, and if we have none that shouldn't be listed.

I´m talking about the bolded part

Even whene not in battle or in casual mode, Barney use his Subjective Reality so I think he would used it in combat.

Edited then:
