Not all of Ajimu's NEARLY THIRTEEN QUADRILLION abilities are known... but roughly 814 ARE, at least in part for most of them.

Let's try & list the relevant ones for this match.

Long list of some of Ajimu's abilities, some of which are redundant.

Mirror Juvenile (Þ║½µ░ùµÑ╝, Mir─ü Jubunairu): An ability which tampers with a person's sense of perception, allowing Ajimu to appear to them however she wishes.

Alibi Block (Þàæþ¢¬Þ¿╝µÿÄ, Aribai Burokku): Described as a gentle skill by Ajimu, she can appear wherever and whenever she wants, including physical locations such as: in a locked room, in space, in heaven, or in hell, as well as metaphysical places such as: inside a dream, inside a heart, or even inside people.

Life Zero (þäíÕè╣Þäø, Raifu Zero): Ajimu can nullify any skill she desires, even Medaka's The End.

Ajimu power nulls Barney while having him believe he's her best friend & the only one he should listen to. He can't bring himself to fight back, & might even be convinced to kill himself, if he sees her as his lord & master.

In any case, as Ajimu is already Barney's very best, most trustworthy friend ever he has no reason to distrust, he takes no caution with her. If he does act out, she can teleport out of range or power null.

But how can she beat Barney? Let's look at simple ways.

Unfortunately, for many of her skills that we don't get many details about, we only know the names and descriptions.

1. Weight Restaurant (ÕëúÚçìÞÂ│Õ©Ø, Ueito Resutora): Changing the sword's weight skill.

  • As Barney's best, trustiest friend, she gets a toy sword, tells him it's a game where he has to balance the sword on his head. He plays, she places it on his head, but before letting go, she uses this skill to make the sword so heavy it instantly crushes him to death.
2. Heat Shock (þÇëÞíǵÂêµ»Æ, H─½to Shokku): Boiling the target's blood skill.

3. Monster Red (Þíǵ£¬Ú¡ìÚ¡Ä, Monsut─ü Reddo): Blood governing skill.

  • (No clue why Heart Shock is one of her "Sword" skills, but if Barney has blood, this would be a durability negating killing means.)
4. Plot Fight (þƒÑÞ¡ÿÒü«µû╣ÕÉæ, Purotto Faito): Predict the opponent's moves skill.

5. Area Free (þø«Òü«Õ▒èÒüÅÕá┤µëÇ, Eria Fur─½): Clairvoyance skill.

  • Ajimu knows what Barney will do, & since she can teleport anywhere....
6. Critical Five (õ║öµäƒµÇº, Kuritikaru Faibu): Stealing the opponent's senses skill.

  • Ajimu MIGHT be able to disable Barney's sight, hearing, smell, feeling &/or taste.
7. Running System (Õàìþû½Õè╣µ×£, R─üningu Shisutemu): Once hit will not be hit again skill.

  • Might/Should be able to just avoid anything he does after receiving 1 hit.
8. Mad Sensor (þÀ®ÞªÜÕÖ¿, Maddo Sens─ü): Opponent appears to be moving slowly skill.

  • If she uses this, Ajimu sees Barney in slow motion, too. As long as it doesn't give her delays in perceiving what he does, very useful.
9. Service Ace (ÕàêÕç║ÒüùÒüÿÒéâÒéôÒüæÒéô, S─übisu ēsu): First move skill.

  • Ajimu shoots first, GG. (Unless it somehow just affects only her first move, but I doubt it. In part because in tennis, "Service" is a formal term for a shot that starts a point; AKA, a starting shot.)
10. Condition Bon Bo (µØíõ╗Âõ╗ÿÒüìµÄîþÉå, Kondishon Bon Bo): Set rules for the fight skill.

  • Ajimu could easily skew the rules in her favor. Ex: "Barney must sit there and do nothing" or "Only abilties that are Abnormalities and Minus can be used" or "We play this like Chess or a turn-based RPG, & I get the first turn".
11. Hospital Genome (þû¥µéúÞ¡À, Hosupitaru Genomu): Illness governing skill.

12. Hard Luck Store (Úá¡Þû¼þë®, H─üdo Rakku Sutoa): Poison governing skill.

  • Ajimu gives Barney a crippling illness/poison to make him lose/insta-die/get incapacitated.
13. Angle Of Opera (ÚøÂÞÀØÚøóÞªûÕ░äÕèç, Anguru Obu Opera): Angle governing skill. It is noted that if an attack is delivered at point-blank range, the angle will be zero degrees.

14. Parallel Angle (Õ╣│ÒéëÒü¬ÕêåÕ║ªÕÖ¿, Parareru Anguru): Zero distance shooting skill. Nisio Isin compares this skill to the angle governing skill, Angle Of Opera.

  • Presumably, she can at least control the direction of attacks. Who knows if it also applies to movement. She could just make him miss, maybe even re-angle his movement. Also, just hit him point blank.
15. Deathtrian Deck (µ¡╗Òü«µ¡®Úüôµ®ï, Desutorian Dekki): Path governing skill.

  • In fact, she probably can.
16. OverReaction (µïÆþÁÂþè»Þä│, ōb─üriakusho): Chemical reaction governing skill.

  • Ajimu makes Barney's own biochemistry kill him.
17. Wise Man Collectio (Õô▓Õ¡ªÞÇàÒü«ÞÆÉÚøåþÖû, Waizu Man Korekusho): Knowledge governing skill.

18. Secret Research (µâàÕá▒µô쵃╗, Sh─½kuretto Ris─üchi): Information governing skill.

19. Old Cold Whip (ÞÇüõ¢ôÒü½þäíþƒÑµëôÒüñ, ōrudo Kōrudo Wippu): Deprive of knowledge skill.

20. Qualia Quality (µâ│õ¢£Òü«Þ│¬, Kuoria Kuoriti): Make consciousness nonexistent skill.

21. Humachine Error (µÇØÞÇâÕü£µ¡óµÇºÕòÅÚíî, Hyümashin Er─ü): Unable to think skill.

  • Ajimu makes herself know everything she needs to &/or Barney knows nothing. He forgets his goal to defeat/befriend her, how to use his abilities & tech, etc.
23. Magical Life (ÒüéÒéïÚ¡öµ│òÒü«õ©Çþöƒ, Majikaru Raifu): Magic governing skill.

  • Ajimu may be able to control whether Barney's magic even works.
24. Boneless Farm (Õïòþë®Òü«ÒüäÒü¬ÒüäÞ¥▓Õá┤, Bonresu F─ümu): Remove bones skill.

  • Suddenly, Barney can't move his limbs to move, attack, or do magical hand-waving or what have you.
25. I'm Crime (ÒüìÒü┐Òü¿þ¢░, Aimu Kuraimu): Make your opponent think they committed crimes skill.

26. Pray Have Hope (þÁµ£øÒüïÒéëÞç│Òéïþùà, Pure Habu Hōpu): Despair skill.

27. Body Blast (õ©ìµ║ǵ¡╗õ¢ô, Bodi Burasuto): Unhappiness skill.

  • Barney is brought to despair that he murdered someone, & wastes time mourning while Ajimu kicks his tail end.
28. Limit Over (õ║║ÚûôÒéäÒéîÒü░ÒüºÒüìÒüúÒü▒Òü¬Òüù, Rimitto ōb─ü): Inertia skill.

  • She can probably use this to send him far away, somehow.
29. Paper Driver (þäíÞç¬ÕÀ▓þäíþé║þè», Pēp─ü Doraib─ü): Leave your body behind skill.

  • Ajimu kicks Barney's tail end as a ghost/astral projection.
30. Name Kate The Machinegu (þ£áµ░ùÒüûÒü¥Òüù, Nēmu Keito Za Mashinga): Hypnosis skill.

  • "Barney, beat yourself to death right now." "Yes, friend!"
31. Past Promise (µÇØÒüäÚüòÒüä, Pasuto Puromisu): Fabricate a memory skill.

Barney now thinks he was just about to go to another country, & he's late. He leaves, losing due to BFR/prolonged absence.

32. Own Goal (Þ笵«║Õà©, Oun Gōru): Instigate suicide skill.

33. Deathst Moment (Õì│Þªû, Desuto Mōmento): If you are seen they die skill.

  • Do I even have to explain?
34. Double Mind (ÚÇíÕÀíÒü«µé▓Ú│┤, Daburu Maindo): Can't escape from being lost skill.

Possible BFR by being trapped.

35. Homesick House (þ½ÂÒüåµ£¼Þâ¢, Hōmushikku Hausu): Crush fighting spirit skill.

  • Barney gives up.
36. Dislike (µäøÚÇåÞ╗ó, Disuraiku): Hate what you like skill. This skill is noted to be "too much of a demon", likely because of its cruel nature.

37. Feeling Mixer (ÕôÇÕû£µÑ¢µÇÆ, F─½ringu Mikis─ü): Feelings reversal skill.

  • Barney, suddenly, can't stand the idea of having friends, and having so many, gives up. This also probably stops him trying to befriend Ajimu, making him much more typical an opponent, since he'd hate her now. That or he decides he wants nothing to do with her & leaves.
38. Pygmalio (Þ▒Üõ║║Õ¢ó, Piggumario): Turn into doll skill.

  • I wonder if Barney can turn himself back to normal if someone ELSE'S power turns him into a doll....
39. Set Years Freestyle (Õ▒àÒüªÒééþ½ïÒüúÒüªÒééÒüäÒü¬ÒüÅÒüªÒééÕÉîÒüÿ, Setto Iy─üzu Fur─½sutairu): Disappearance skill.

  • MIGHT be BFR/Existence Erasure, if it can make someone disappear.
40. Newcomer (ÞïѵëïÒü«þö▓, Nyükam─ü): Change age skill.

  • If she can use it on others, she might be able to hinder by turning him into an infant too young to think or fight.
41. Acid Panic (ÚੵǺÒü«õ║║Òü»µêªµàä, Ashiddo Panikku): Melt with stomach acid skill.

  • Possibly durability negation. I'd assume it's lethal to someone of Barney's physiology.
42. Handy Territory (µëïÒü½ÕÅûÒéïÚáÿÕƒƒ, Handi Teritor─½): Demarcation skill.

  • Possible use: Barney tries to Transmute or such her, & if she doesn't power null, & it's a "spreading" effect she can stop it at wherever she likes.
43. Mechanical Life (µ®ƒµó░µûçÕæ¢, Mekanikaru Raifu): Turn body mechanical skill.

  • Barney can turn kids into robots. Ajimu can probably already turn herself into a robot, or at least a cyborg. If she can undo this effect, that might allow her to win, if she can use the relevant skills post-transmutation.
44. Worst Dream Is (þÅ¥Õ«ƒÒüîÒüíÒü¬Õ░æÕÑ│, W─üsuto Dorimu Izu): Declare it's only a dream skill.

45. Auto Fumble (Õñ▒µàïÕñ▒µòù, ōto Fanburu): Make no mistakes skill.

46. Time Bunny (µÖéµäƒõ¢£þö¿, Taimu Ban─½): Manipulate time skill.

47. Feel Retaker (µÇØÒüäÒéäÒéèþø┤Òüø, F─½ru Riteik─ü): Do a retake skill.

  • Barney wins... then Ajimu tells him it was only a dream, & does it right this time. Or just time stops Barney to start with.

  • Another way to make him helpless.

  • "Barney dies."

  • Barney is sucked into a black hole that only affects him.

  • Everything goes wrong for Barney.

  • Being transmuted doesn't matter anymore, & since she has a skill to leave her body behind anyway....
55. Murder Mathematic (µò░ÚÇ▓Ú╗Öµ«║, M─üd─ü Masamatikku): Win against stronger people skill.

  • Another speaks for itself win condition.
56. Ero-Guro Mirage (Òü╝ÒéäÒüæÒüƒÕ«ƒõ¢ô, Eroguro Mir─üju): Turn into a ghost skill.

  • I'm not sure Barney can affect ghosts.
57. Grap Empty (µÄîµÅíÒüÖÒéïÕÀ¿µé¬, Gurappu Enputi): Distort space skill.

  • Ajimu spatially tears apart Barney.
58. God Eye (þÑ×Òü«Þªûþé╣, Goddo Ai): Interfere with the narrative skill.[147] Nisio Isin calls this skill meta.[152]

  • Not sure how much it helps here, but... Plot Manipulation, GG?
59. Transport Pla (Õæ¢õ╗ñÚàìÚüöõ║║, Toransupōto Pura): Control fate skill.

  • Barney's fated to lose.
60. Portable Soul (ÕÉ©Ú¡éµñìþë®, Pōtaburu Souru): Absorb souls skill.

  • Soul Manipulation, GG.
61. Selfish Umpire (õ╗╗µäÅþÜäÒü¬Õ»®Õêñ, Serufisshu Anpaia): Manipulate collision detection skill.

  • This is apparently a gun skill. Also, this means Ajimu can probably fight from inside a wall, have fun trying to get her.
62. World Globe Tour (Õ£░þÉâõ©ÇÕæ¿Õ╝¥õ©©µùàÞíî, W─ürudo Gurōbu Tsu─ü): Unlimited range skill.

  • I wonder if her profile should note this.
63. Palette Slave (ÚèâÚáåÒü¬ÒéïÚèâÕâò, Paretto Sureivu): Turning those who are shot into slaves skill.

  • Ajimu shoots Barney, making him her slave.
64. Freeze Your Neck (Úçæþë®þ©øÒéèÚªû, Fur─½zu Yua Nekku): Making opponent freeze when a gun is pointed towards them skill.

  • Barney ain't aimdodging.
65. Gunfight (Õ»¥µ▒║, Ganfaito): Stand back-to-back, take ten steps, turn around and shoot skill. This skill is noted to be too specific.

  • Is Barney any good at "pistols at dawn" style dueling?
66. Amateur Amazing (þ┤áõ║║ÚûôÚÜö, Amachua Ameijingu): No matter how much you shoot you will never hit skill.

  • Barney can't aim anymore.
67. Friendship Margi (ÞÂàÞÂèÕÉîÞíå, Furendoshippu M─üji): Friendship skill.

  • Barney is already Ajimu's friend. She wins with his win condition, GG.
68. Appetizer Party (ÕñÜÕïØÒü«Õ«┤, Apetaiz─ü P─üti): Victory skill.

  • Ajimu vs Victini when? (Don't actually do this, it's against the rules.)

I just wish I knew which of these were passive....

Anyway, I think condensing 814 demonstrated/explained skills down to 73 (8.96%!) is fairly abridged, even if some are redundant, but at the same time, 73 ways to make Ajimu winning much more likely is a pretty big deal.

Also, yes, I know this is Fun and Games, but both these characters are match banned & this won't be added to profiles anyway? I figure I may as well give serious analysis to this.

(I already went over how Ajimu can deal with him trying to befriend her. Heck, she has powers that would probably let her decide if Barney even WANTS to be friends with her!)
 
Oof. Seeing as Ajimu probably has no passives, doesn't resist, & is Unknown.... Does he lead with it? Is this even the right thread for that?

Barney is banned from matches for a reason, there´no way to factually say at all what he leads with in a confrontational context
 
With Barney, she can just spam Power Null or Mind Control or probably employ any of several means of one-shotting.

It's less clear if she could deal with a 1-C's hax.
 
Ajimu´s tier is very dubious, it ranges from at the very least 8-B to even 1-A if we take the best stuff seriously
