Btw Porsche headquarters (where the Avengers new facility was filmed) is 27 acres, so I'm estimating Multi-City Block level explosion.

I don't think the calc is based on a correct basis. The upper atmosphere doesn't include the Exosphere according to NASA. At best I see it as a high end, but not something we should default to.

Do not know I should call this a good news or not:
The feat of suppressed Captain Marvel punching a train hole may classify for a Small Building level feat.
Will do a calc blog to verify that but one question: what is the type of materials of a US train made of? (Like what type of steel? Mainly iron and aluminum and carbon of which mix ratio?)
