So, in the Victini Pokemon movie, near the end, Ash was stuck between 4 pillars, and then fell unconsious, but not before letting up a single tear. Before the tear hit the ground, it turned into solid ice. Then, Victini uses, what I can only assume to be V Create. Ash proboably woke up from the heat, so does Ash have resistence to heat manip?

It's not resistance, the heat just freed him from the ice.

But by the time Victini heated Ash up again, it was so cold that no regular human being could handle that.
