I mean, having a stick doesn't really handicap Lancelot that badly considering how anything in his hands becomes a Noble Phantasm and the fact that he's hilariously more skilled than Arthur.

All points are in Lancelot's favor here.

Like Reppuzan said, his stick is just going to become a great weapon for him and Arthur, while much more skilled after training with Nanashi, doesn't really have any great feats of skill to put him on Lancer's level. Plus Lancelot has his luck boost and 7-A durability. Can Arthur even hurt him?

Luck boost should only work against attacks with one-hit-kill chance, Luck has never shown to actually affect the way they fight or how "unlucky" they are.

Could I change Lancelot to "when alive" he would lose his Knight of Owner skill ?

Without Excalibur for Arthur I believe that Lancelot would likely take this
